Bellísimo terrazo per la colazione con musica dal vivo , ambiente spettacolare che ti fa dimenticare tutto quello che non va al interno del hotel , ottima posizione .

Camera a livello manutentivo molto trascurata e scadente , pulizia non alla altezza , personale poco professionale , a mala pena sorridono , si vedono non sodisfatti di lavorare al Plaza , L Hotel avrebbe bisogno di essere ristrutturato

Scarsa pulizia (per non scrivere sporco), stanza rumorosa a causa dei condizionatori vecchi, piatto doccia indecente, muffe sul soffitto del bagno, prese elettriche pericolose. Struttura nel complesso decadente meglio soggiornare altrove.

« Emplacement et prix intéressants, pour juste y dormir. »

L'emplacement très intéressant. Le prix, dans un secteur où les hôtels voisins demandent 2 ou 3 fois plus. Un petit déjeuner copieux et varié sur une terrasse extérieure au 5ème étage, même si tous les plats ne sont pas toujours très raffinés. Une hauteur sous plafond de 4.15 m dans la chambre, étonnante par rapport aux dimensions de la chambre (13m2). La clim fonctionne, la télé fonctionne, le coffre-fort de chambre fonctionne. Même vieillottes et bricolées, doubles prises en 110V et en 220V : possibilité de recharger les appareils électroniques, avec ou sans adaptateur. Un bar dans un cadre agréable au rez-de-chaussée équipé wifi (même payant, équivalent à 5USD pour 5 heures, signal très fort).

Une porte de chambre qui ne s'ouvre qu'à moitié, car elle frotte sur le sol. Une odeur de moisi assez soutenue dans la chambre, avec des traces d'humidité au mur et des décollements de peinture. Une humidité importante et le linge humide qui ne peut pas sécher dans la chambre, sauf à mettre la clim. Une seule fenêtre dans la chambre, mais pas ouvrable et c'est plutôt mieux car elle donne sur le groupe froid d'une courette intérieure, avec bruit et chaleur dégagés. De ce fait, chambre assez sombre. Les recommandations pour économiser l'eau en même temps qu'un robinet de douche qui fuit en permanence. Pas de tablette de lavabo, ou plutôt les traces d'une ancienne qui n'existe plus. La chambre à l'extrémité d'un gigantesque couloir dont on ne voit pas le bout quand on sort de l'ascenseur : trajet à intégrer lorsqu'on a un rendez-vous, car ça prend une minute de délai.

Breakfast service is extremely basic - LOTS of breads, cereals, processed cheese, over ripe fruit, watery coffee. However, you can fill up adequarely before setting out for the day. Service slow when asking for e.g. teaspoons, coffee, bowls., etc.

Clean-up of common areas - lifts, windows and shutters, reception area furniture, tables, etc. Poor wi-fi.

Without a doubt the rooms are definitely two star, the breakfast and the hotel itself are four star.

Reception staff were very helpful, as were the doormen. Loved that I could buy Nauta card onsite. Wi-fi was excellent early in the morning and late at night but not so good between 4pm and 9pm as there were so many people using it. Breakfast was amazing; full buffet with juice, fruit, meats, cheese, breads, pastries, eggs, and omelettes cooked fresh on request. If you're looking for a hotel with loads of architectural character, I'm not sure where you would find better. I'd stay here again.

Room cleanliness was average and the shower was pretty poor (broken holder), slimy tiles and slimy shower curtain. Our room door had an interesting way of grinding on the floor when we entered and exited the room, notifying many on the floor of our arrival / departure. If you're a non-smoker this hotel allows smoking throughout the entirety of the facility, which can be overwhelming. Even I, as a smoker, found it a bit too much.

Удачное расположение. Персонал очень приветливый, хороший интернет недорого. Старое историческое здание, имеющее архитектурную ценность. Здесь чувствуется дух старой Кубы. Соотношение цены и качества за день до заезда нас устроило с учетом малого нахождения в номере.

Завтрак невкусный. Номера старые, сломано большинство розеток, но Куба - не та страна, где нужно смотреть на комфорт. По заявленной высокой цене номера возможно найти похожие или даже лучшие варианты.

Местоположение центральное, прямо на главной площади.

Очень грязно! Персонал более или менее, но мужчина на стойке регистрации (помогает с багажом) на грани хамства. Грязь везде и всюду. Отель очень старый, вся мебель ушатанная, грязная, зеркало забрызгано, по углам валяется мусор, волосы чьи-то. Завтрак странный, все с весьма странным вкусом, но в принципе голодным не остаться.

«Не для слабонервных»

Расположение. Вид из столовой на завтраке. Неповторимый колорит. За то что была бронь череж букинг ком нам подарили бутылку рома. Пустячёк, а приятно.

Персонал ожидаемо не заинтересован помогать. Был только один человек на рецепции, который узнав, что бронь осуществлена через букинг ком поменял нам номер на получше. Тем не менее это все равно не был тот номер с одной большой кроватью , который мы бронировали, а номер с двумя отдельными кроватями, которые нельзя сдвинуть из за особенности архитектуры номера. Мы спали в итоге на одной кровати шириной 120 см. Нам это добавило экзотики, но кому то может не понравиться. Маленькие муравьи жили у балконной двери,не мешали нам и завершали для нас колоритную картину гаванской действительности. Завтрак надо видеть, его сложно описать. Персонал в целом создает сильное впечатление.

Отличное расположение. Хорошие видовые завтраки, но приходить лучше пораньше.

Очень дорого за такое качество. Отель старый, если не сказать древний. У нас в номере входная дверь открывалась только наполовину, то же самое с дверью в ванную. Вода из крана в раковине не текла, а брызгала, унитаз со сломанной ручкой слива, который нужно было самостоятельно ремонтировать. Стены обшарпаны. Матрас продавлен. Но жить можно.
